Bulk Invite

Without Bulk Invite, the operational overhead of initiating AI screening at volume would require manual candidate-by-candidate setup – defeating much of the efficiency that AI screening provides. Step 1: Candidate List Import

The recruiting team uploads or selects the candidate population to be assessed. Sources include: ATS export (candidates who passed initial filtering), campus event registration lists (pre-imported from the placement cell's registration system), bulk application responses from a job posting, or manually compiled CSV lists.

Each candidate record includes: name, mobile number, email address, and any role-specific intake data already collected.

Step 4: Real-Time Completion Tracking

As candidates complete assessments, their results populate in the SkillBrew.AI recruiter dashboard in real time. The recruiter can see at any moment: how many invitations have been sent, how many assessments are in progress, how many are complete, and what the current leaderboard ranking looks like across completed candidates.

Step 5: Follow-Up Automation

For candidates who haven't responded within a defined window, automated follow-up reminders are sent – via SMS, WhatsApp, or email – before the deadline, without requiring manual recruiter tracking and individual re-invitation.
