“We don't wait for the perfect tools, we build them.”

Driven minds, a table full of ideas, and cups of coffee going cold as the conversation heated up. Back in 2023, we had already begun teaching our first batch of students - people who trusted us to shape their skills from the ground up. We'd even built an online compiler from scratch, because we don't wait for the perfect tools, we build them.

Then mid-brainstorm, something clicked. We looked at the coffee slowly brewing in front of us, raw beans transforming into something rich and powerful, and we saw ourselves. Taking raw potential and brewing it into real skills, one student at a time, with everything we had. That moment, that café, that energy, it all poured into one word.

A Word from the Founder

After a decade in recruitment, I didn't want to build just another tool. I wanted to build the solution I always wished existed.

Hiring has never been just about filling roles. It shapes teams, careers, and the future of organizations. Through years of experience across recruitment, people management, and technology, I saw how a broken screening process in recruitment slows everything down for both recruiters and candidates.


SkillBrew was created to change that. To bring structure, intelligence, and fairness into hiring without losing the human side of it. We're building AI screening software where every hire is faster, more accurate, and truly reflects potential, beyond just resume screening.
