B2B Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Skillbru AI's platform and services by:

• Educational institutions (colleges, universities, placement cells).
• Corporate entities (HR teams, talent acquisition departments, hiring managers).

By signing up or entering into a commercial agreement with Skillbru AI, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

Skillbru AI offers the following B2B services:

• Assessment tools (MCQs, coding, aptitude, AI-based interview screening).
• Campus placement dashboards (resume bank, result tracking, student status).
• Company onboarding modules (job posting, bulk shortlisting, feedback generation).
• Analytics and reporting tools.

Custom modules or white-labeled features may be offered via separate contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients (institutions or corporates) must:

• Provide accurate institutional or corporate details during onboarding.
• Ensure authorized personnel use the dashboard or APIs.
• Obtain necessary consents from students/candidates to share personal or assessment data.
• Use the platform only for ethical and legal hiring or placement-related activities.

4. Data Usage & Confidentiality

• Skillbru AI will store and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy  and Data Retention Policy.
• All assessment results, student resumes, and internal notes will be accessible only to verified client accounts.
• Clients must not sell, share, or repurpose student data for marketing, unsolicited hiring, or any third-party activity.

Confidential data exchanged during B2B operations (e.g., job descriptions, selection metrics) will be protected and not disclosed without written permission.

5. Fees and Payments

• All charges for platform usage, license, or assessment credits are defined in individual invoices or agreements.
• Payment terms (e.g., 15/30-day cycle) must be adhered to as agreed.
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

Skillbru AI reserves the right to revise pricing or limit usage based on the contract.

6. Platform Access & Usage

• Each client is given a secure dashboard/login.
• API access (if applicable) will be rate-limited and monitored.
• Misuse (e.g., scraping, bot access, tampering) may lead to immediate suspension.

We reserve the right to audit access logs to ensure fair usage.

7. Liability and Limitations

Skillbru AI is not liable for:

• Hiring outcomes or quality of candidates.
• Internal hiring delays or offer revocation.
• Errors in job descriptions or test design (unless built by Skillbru AI).
• Connectivity or technical issues on the client's end

Total liability (if any) is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months for the disputed service.

8. Termination

Skillbru AI may terminate services if:

• There is a breach of these terms.
• Failure to make payments within agreed terms.
• Data misuse or user abuse is reported and verified.

Upon termination, access to dashboards and reports will be revoked, and data retention will follow our standard Data Retention Policy.

9. Legal Compliance

Clients must ensure compliance with:

• UGC, AICTE, and institutional policies (for universities).
• Labour and hiring laws (for corporates).
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Skillbru AI will cooperate with legal authorities upon receiving valid requests for data or investigation.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from commercial relationships with clients shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, governed by Indian law.
