1. Payment Methods

Skillbru AI accepts payments through the following modes:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro, etc.).
  • Net Banking (via supported Indian banks).
  • Wallets and EMI options (as enabled by Razorpay).

All payments are securely processed using Razorpay Payment Gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant and follows RBI guidelines for secure transactions.

2. Razorpay Integration

Skillbru AI uses Razorpay to manage and collect online payments on our platform. When you make a payment:

  • You are redirected to Razorpay's secure payment interface.
  • No card or sensitive payment data is stored by Skillbru AI servers.
  • Payment data is encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay.

3. Confirmation and Receipts

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and downloadable receipt at your registered email address.
  • Payment status will also be reflected in your dashboard (for students, universities, or corporates).
  • GST invoices are automatically generated (if applicable).

4. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If your transaction fails but your bank account/card is debited:

  • The amount is usually auto-refunded by Razorpay within 7 business days.
  • If not, email us at support@skillbrew.com  with your transaction ID, and we'll escalate it.
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded after internal verification.

5. Refund Handling

Refunds, if applicable under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, will be:

  • Initiated back through Razorpay.
  • Reflected to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Razorpay may deduct nominal gateway charges in case of certain reversals.

6. Currency

  • All payments are processed in INR for domestic users.
  • International clients (universities/companies) may request custom invoices in USD, subject to agreement and bank handling via wire transfer or international Razorpay gateway support.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you face any unauthorized charge or dispute:

  • First, contact our support team at support@skillbrew.com.
  • You may also initiate a chargeback via your bank, which will follow Razorpay's chargeback protocol.

Note: Skillbru AI reserves the right to temporarily suspend services during active dispute resolution.

8. Taxes

  • All prices listed are inclusive or exclusive of GST as clearly mentioned.
  • GST will be applied at applicable rates for Indian entities and displayed on invoices.

9. Security

  • Payments are processed through SSL encryption and tokenized authentication.
  • Skillbru AI does not store any CVV, card number, or banking credentials on its own servers.
