1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made by:

  • Students/candidates for mock interviews, coding assessments, or training services.
  • Educational institutions and corporate clients for platform usage, bulk assessments, or hiring tools.

2. Refund Policy for Students

a. Eligible Scenarios for Refund

  • Payment made in error (duplicate transaction).
  • Technical failure that prevents service delivery (e.g., failed test session not due to student).
  • Cancellation initiated by Skillbru AI (due to unavailability or internal error).

b. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Student fails to attend a scheduled interview or assessment.
  • Dissatisfaction with outcome or feedback of assessment (subjective).
  • Services already availed or completed.
  • Cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled time.

c. Refund Process

  • Request must be emailed to support@skillbrew.com  within 72 hours of payment.
  • Must include: Transaction ID, reason for refund, and registered email/phone.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy for Students

  • Self-cancellation allowed up to 2 hours before the session without penalty.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy for Universities and Corporates

a. Eligibility

  • If Skillbru AI fails to deliver agreed features or service modules.
  • Major technical issue persists despite escalation.
  • Cancellation prior to service activation or onboarding.

b. Ineligibility

  • Once assessments have begun or logins have been used.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary coordination or data for deployment.
  • Due to hiring outcomes or candidate dissatisfaction.

c. Contractual Refunds

  • All institutional and corporate agreements may contain custom refund clauses.
  • Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 30 business days of approval.

5. Disputes

  • If a user or client is unsatisfied with a refund decision:
  • They may escalate to support@skillbrew.com.
  • Disputes will be reviewed by the management within 15 days.

6. Taxes & Charges

Refunds are processed excluding applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or bank processing fees unless otherwise specified.

7. Jurisdiction

All refund and cancellation matters are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
